It’s a windy day here in Florida, and the sand is flying!
The weather is warming up here and in many places, which is good news - spring is on its way. It does mean allergy season is creeping in as well, but like everything in life, we take the good with the bad and exercise moderation in all we do.
What are you reading? Are you exercising? How are you staying balanced physically, mentally, spiritually, and psychologically?
Valentine’s Day has come and gone, and that marks the beginning of Lent in just a few days. This morning at Mass, the message was to focus on reverence toward God and respect for others. That’s an easy message to remember and equally easy to put into practice. But I’m never going to have it perfected, so it’s time to do what Mom always said—practice makes perfect!
